COURSE OVERVIEW
This course has been created as an example only. All courses are tailored to the cruise line's individual brand, vision and concept and are designed to enhance the quality of service and communication as well as team work, leadership and identification with the company.
Course Concept
The length of the course varies depending on the number of participants and desired content. Most common are one- and two-week courses.
This example shows a one-week course, participants are prospective butlers and concierges who are going to fulfill their duties in a newly created VIP section on board a large cruise vessel. The course was designed to be held at one of our partner schools in Austria.
We provide all training based on individually designed luxury standards which are exclusively created for the client. Participants will be provided with branded manuals and SOPs that serve as guidelines for the work on board the vessel.
Cultural Diversity lectures give participants a better understanding of guest with certain cultural backgrounds. These lectures can be selected for various regions and topics.
Excursions provide great insights on how produce are crafted and the story behind it.
Case Studies tell best-practice examples first-hand and support the direct exchange with industry experts.
Course Includes
The venue in this example is a fully equipped hotel school in Central Europe.
All lectures, workshops and trainings are held by 7 consultants and trainers.
Single room accommodation with full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner), also in including dinner on Sunday (arrival evening) and breakfast on Saturday morning (prior to departure)
Coaching and training during 5 days including costs for 7 trainers and lecturers
Handouts, training material
One visit to a winery and the wine tasting
One visit to a local cheese production with guided tour and tasting
One site inspection of a 5-star hotel where the final Gala Dinner and the Award Ceremony will take place
Certificates for every participant.
Not included are travel to/from the course venue, transfers, insurances, taxes, as well as the preapartion including creation of standards, manuals and SOPs.
